DownloadListManifestRequest

Start an asynchronous job to generate a metadata manifest CSV of the available files on the user's download list.

concreteType	STRING	Required. For this type the value should be: 'org.sagebionetworks.repo.model.download.DownloadListManifestRequest'
csvTableDescriptor	CsvTableDescriptor	The description of a csv for upload or download.
